Driven by her passion to redefine success and how we view ‘wellness’, her mission is rooted in showing individuals and organizations that true work ethic goes beyond just putting in hours; it's about nurturing our overall health and wellbeing.

After experiencing firsthand the impact of using busyness and titles as a yardstick for success, Chivon is a passionate advocate for burnout prevention and mental wellbeing. She developed Easeful Ambition as a tool she wished for early in her career and as a current guidepost of ensuring our ambition doesn’t belong solely for our work. 

In addition to her work as an advocate and educator, Chivon regularly takes the stage to share her wisdom on reimagining wellness in the workplace, crafting inclusive well-being strategies and redefining self-care. 

As the Founder of LightWork she works with individuals and organizations to unravel the heavy weights impacting our wellbeing and presently serves on the board of directors for Taking It Global.
